Education For All Reform

In 2027, after cancelling all federal student debt, the United States Federal Government mandated that all public universities would be free of tuition. This put a strain on private universities as students fled en masse to public universities. Five years later, the government sponsored a program which allowed private universities to become public should they meet certain criteria. This also caused a huge education boom from 2028-2032, whereby Americans who could not previously afford higher education, enrolled. This greatly helped to increase automation as many students studied relevant disciplines like computer programming, automation sciences, and artificial intelligence. Now that we have reached 85% automation rates, this bill still holds importance in that Americans can go to school to learn for the sake and love of learning and simply because they are passionate about a subject.
